Oil City Police Seeking Man Wanted on Felony Drug Charges

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police are asking for the public’s help locating a local man wanted on felony drug charges.

According to police, 27-year-old Zachary Luhellier, of Oil City, (pictured above) is wanted on charges stemming from an incident in Oil City on February 2.

Police say during the incident, a search warrant was served on a residence where Luhellier had been staying, and he was found to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

Court documents indicate the following charges were filed against Luhellier on April 30, in relation to the incident in Oil City on February 2:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor (two counts)
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor

According to court documents, the following charges were also filed against Luhellier on April 30, in relation to an incident in Franklin on December 1, 2020:

– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony (two counts)
– Criminal Use of Communication Facility, Felony 3 (two counts)
– Possession of Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor (two counts)
– Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor (two counts)
