Oil City Woman Charged with Public Drunkenness at Oil Creek State Park

police lightsCORNPLANTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say an incident of public drunkenness occurred yesterday at Oil Creek State Park (Petroleum Center Road), in Cornplanter Township, Venango County.

Around 12:37 a.m. on June 20, PSP Franklin allegedly encountered 43-year-old Marsha Ann Kauffman, of Oil City, in a parking lot at Oil Creek State Park “manifestly under the influence of alcohol.”

Kauffman was charged with one count of Public Drunkenness through Magisterial District Court 28-3-01.
