OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City’s 21st Annual Christmas Past event is set to kick off tomorrow in downtown Oil City.

Oil City is preparing for a weekend full of holiday festivities including tree lighting ceremony, children’s activities, Santa, craft and vendor shows, a 5K, holiday displays, live entertainment, & much more.

Friday, December 3
