POLK, Pa. (EYT) — One person was injured following a motorcycle versus deer crash in Polk, Venango County.

Venango County 911 reports the 7:20 p.m. October 7 crash occurred along Palm Hill Road near the intersection of Raymilton Road and Sawmill Lane in Polk.

Following the crash one person was transported by Community Ambulance to UPMC in Seneca for treatment of unspecified injuries.

The motorcycle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Polk Volunteer Fire Department and Franklin-based State Police responded to the scene.
