Police: 25-Year-Old Man Suffers Major Injuries in DUI-Related Crash in Clarion County

TOBY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a one vehicle alleged DUI accident occurred yesterday on Monterey Road, at its intersection with Best Road, in Toby Township, Clarion County.

According to police, on April 5, 25-year-old Cory A. Vasbinder, of Templeton, was traveling on Monterey Road, and his 2006 Ford Escape exited the roadway and impacted a tree.

Vasbinder suffered major injuries; he was transported to Kittanning Hospital.

He was using a seat belt.

Police say the crash allegedly involves DUI.

The investigation continues.
