OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Oil City Police Department, the following incidents occurred in the city of Oil City, Venango County.

Around 12:54 a.m. on May 18, Annie Iliff was arrested for public intoxication after Oil City Police found her lying on the edge of the road on Glenview Avenue.

Around 1:30 a.m. on May 18, 30-year-old Ryan Johnson, of Oil City, was arrested for public intoxication after he refused to leave and became belligerent with employees at Billy’s Bar on Seneca Street.

Around 1:50 a.m. on May 19, Kyle Seyler was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication at Double Play Sports Bar on Seneca Street.
