Police Calls: DUI, PFA Violation, Criminal Trespass

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Area police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Cranberry Township

According to police, around 1:15 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, a known male operating a white 2003 Chevrolet sedan was stopped for a traffic violation on Rockland/Cranberry Road in Cranberry Township.

Police say the man was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was taken into custody for DUI.

DUI charges are pending blood test results.

PFA Violation in Oil City

According to police, on Tuesday, November 12, while listening to recorded phone calls of Asia Hall, Patrolman Floor, of the Franklin Police Department, heard Hall instruct a third party to contact a known victim and ask them to drop the Protection from Abuse Order (PFA) they had against her.

Ptlm. Floor contacted the victim and also viewed typed messages from the third party to the victim.

Police say Hall is being charged with a PFA Violation.

Criminal Trespass in Allegheny Township

According to police, around 6:12 p.m. on Monday, November 4, a known 49-year-old Erie man was observed on the private property of a known 35-year-old Pleasantville woman.

Police say when questioned, the man admitted to being on the property.

He was cited for trespass through District Court 28-3-01.
