FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — State Police in Franklin are investigating an incident involving sexually explicit text messages that were sent to an area teenager.

Police are investigating an incident that took place between May 1, 2019, and June 30, 2019, when a known adult male allegedly sent inappropriate text messages of a sexually explicit nature to a known 16-year-old female from New Bethlehem.

The investigation is ongoing.
