CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State police in Franklin arrested a Tionesta woman for retail theft yesterday.

Police said 33-year-old Susan A. O’laughlin, of Tionesta, was arrested on one count of felony retail theft after she concealed a can opener in her shoulder bag and attempted to leave Kitchen Collection in the Cranberry Mall.

The can opener is valued at $19.99.

O’laughlin was arraigned and placed in Venango County Jail on $25,000 bail.
