FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – According to Sugarcreek Borough Police, a 21-year-old woman is facing Identity Theft following an incident that occurred on Allegheny Boulevard, in Franklin, Venango County.

Police say 21-year-old Jennifer Whitley, was charged in reference to using credit card information she obtained from customers at the business in which she worked.

According to police, on December, 8, 2014, Whitley allegedly used the customer credit card information to order gift cards for her own use.

Police say Whitley is being charged with the following offenses:

– one count of Access Device Fraud
– one count of Identity Theft
– one count of Receiving Stolen Property
