Police Release Details on Motorcycle Stolen in Irwin Township Recovered in Stoneboro

IRWIN TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police have released the details of a motorcycle that was reported stolen in Irwin Township was later recovered in Mineral Township.

Around 3:16 p.m. on August 8, Franklin-based State Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Jones Road in Irwin Township, Venango County, for a report of theft of a motorcycle.

Police say it was reported that a neon green 2000 Kawasaki KDX200 motorbike with purple and black overspray was stolen from a storage shed.

The motorbike was reportedly stolen sometime between the late evening hours on July 4 and the early morning hours of July 5.

According to police, the stolen bike was subsequently located in a garage on the 800 block of Henderson Station Road, Stoneboro, in Mineral Township, Venango County.

The victim is a 61-year-old Harrisville man.

No additional information was released on the theft.
