SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 3:25 p.m. on August 3, an assault occurred on Prospect Avenue, in Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.

Police say a known actor physically assaulted a 41-year-old Sugarcreek Borough man while the man was sitting on his front porch.

The name of the actor was not released.
