RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 8:10 a.m. on August 2, an incident of Criminal Mischief occurred on Community Road, in Emlenton, Richland Township, Venango County.

Police say an unknown perpetrator(s) removed property stakes from a 38-year-old Emlenton man’s property.
