CHERRYTREE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin based state police are investigating an incident of harassment that occurred around 2:30 p.m. on April 14, on Cherry Tree Road, Cherrytree Township, Venango County.

Police said Theresa Kinney, 54, and John Kinney, 57, both of Titusville, allegedly assaulted each other during a domestic dispute.
