ROCKLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 10:59 p.m. on June 26, an incident of harassment occurred on Pine Hill Church Road, in Rockland Township, Venango County.

According to police, 41-year-old Eric Eugene Felmlee, Jr., of Kennerdell, allegedly physically assaulted a 19-year-old female and a 17-year-old male during a domestic dispute.

Non-traffic citations were filed with District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey charging Felmlee with Harassment.
