Police Searching for Local Man Accused of Aggravated Assault
OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – Police are asking for the public’s help with locating a local man accused of aggravated assault.

According to a release issued by the Oil City Police Department on Tuesday, November 29, police are asking for the assistance of the public in locating Justin L. Huey, 32, of Reno.
Huey is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Aggravated Assault from an incident occurring in Oil City on October 24, around 9:31 a.m.
According to court documents, the Oil City Police Department filed the following criminal charges against Huey on October 28, in Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish’s office:
– Aggravated Assault – Attempts to cause SBI or causes injury with extreme indifference, Felony 1
– Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Misdemeanor 2
– Simple Assault, Misdemeanor 2
