JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, a hit and run occurred on Patchel Run Road, in Jackson Township, Venango County.

Police say 22-year-old Jessica A. Sabitini, of Cooperstown, and an unidentified vehicle were traveling opposite directions on Patchel Run Road.

The unidentified vehicle reportedly crossed into the lane of Sabitini’s 2007 Ford Focus, and both vehicles’ mirrors made contact.

The unidentified vehicle, described as possibly a Buick, gold in color, fled the scene.
