Police Seeking Franklin Woman Who Absconded from Pre-Trial Supervision

SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police are searching for a Franklin woman who absconded from pre-trial supervision on Wednesday.

Franklin-based State Police say around 12:55 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 44-year-old Shelly Prindle absconded from pre-trial supervision in Sandycreek Township, Venango County.

According to court documents, Prindle was formally arraigned on one third-degree felony count of retail theft on June 23 and is scheduled to stand for a formal arraignment on ungraded misdemeanor drug and paraphernalia possession charges on October 22.

Court documents indicate the following charges were filed against Prindle through Magisterial District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey’s office on September 16:

– Flight To Avoid Appreh/Trial/Punishment, Felony 3
– Theft By Deception-False Impression, Misdemeanor 1
– Receiving Stolen Property, Misdemeanor 1
– Criminal Mischief-Tamper With Property, Misdemeanor 2
– Criminal Mischief-Another Pecun Loss, Misdemeanor 2
– Scatter Rubbish Upon Land/Stream Etc, Summary

Police say an active warrant has been issued for her arrest.
