FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Around 5:45 p.m. on March 12, the Franklin Police Department received a report from McDonald’s management that two male actors were in the restaurant loitering and causing a disturbance.

According to police, the caller allegedly stated that the males were refusing to leave after being instructed to do so by McDonald’s management.

Franklin Police arrived on scene to see the actors still in the restaurant.

The actors were placed under arrest for Defiant Trespass and were transported to Franklin Police Department for processing.

One male was a 16-year-old juvenile who was later released to his parents’ care, police say.

His charges were filed via Juvenile Petition.

The other actor — 18-year-old Sean Michael Bickel, of Franklin — was fingerprinted and photographed for Defiant Trespass, according to police.

Bickel’s charges will be filed through a Criminal Complaint with Magistrate Snyder’s office.

No other information was released.
