Police: Woman Faces Charges for Bouncing Buttocks on Man’s Car Hood, Causing Over $1000 in Damage

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – A 44-year-old Franklin woman is behind bars after allegedly jumping on a man’s car in the area of New Street in Franklin.

According to court documents, City of Franklin Police filed criminal charges against 44-year-old Kimberly Lynn Armagost in Magisterial District Judge Matthew T. Kirtland’s office on Wednesday, April 13.

She is charged with on second-degree misdemeanor count of Criminal Mischief — Damage Property.

According to a criminal complaint, police were dispatched to the area of 15th St and New St, Franklin, Venango County, for a report of a female driving with no license, refusing to give the victim’s vehicle back, and “jumping” on the hood of the vehicle.

Upon arrival to the scene, police spoke with the known male victim, who advised the defendant, Kimberly Armagost, took the keys to his car and just returned with the vehicle, but refused to give him the keys. The victim stated that he saw Armagost “jumping on the hood of the car with her buttocks,” causing a “large creased dent,” the complaint states.

The victim also told police that Armagost has not lived at the residence for excess of six months and provided documentation showing he owned the car, the complaint indicates.

Damage to the vehicle totaled $1138.62.

Armagost was arraigned at 11:30 a.m. on April 14 in front of Judge Kirtland.

She was placed in the Venango County Prison after failing to post $1000.00 cash bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on April 20 in Central Court.
