KOSSUTH, Pa. (EYT) – The Polk Center Golf Outing and Golf Scramble is slated for Friday, August 12, 2016.

The outing will be held at Hi-Level Golf Course in Kossuth.

Costs are as follows:

$240 per four-man team

$60 per person with paid pre-registration

$65 per person for payment at the course

Entry in the scramble includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, hot dogs and beverages, and a Steak meal.

The scramble will feature a men’s division and a women’s/mixed division.

Cash prizes will be awarded and chinese auction will also be held at the event.

The proceeds from the golf outing benefit the Polf Center Festival and Special Activities.
