OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The Oil City Police Department is asking the public for information regarding an incident of vandalism that occurred at a building located on North Seneca Street.

Patrolman DeLoe is investigating an incident of vandalism that occurred earlier this month at Pathways building located at 370 North Seneca Street in Oil City, Venango County.

As provided by a witness, the actor is identified as a male who exited out of a dark in color SUV and wearing a white t-shirt. Officers are attempting to obtain video footage from a local business during the time of the incident.
