Ruth E. Dinger, 95, a resident of Knickerbocker Villa in Clearfield, Pa., formerly of Summerville, Pa. and Colonial Courtyard in Clearfield, Pa., passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013, at Knickerbocker Villa in Clearfield, Pa.

Born on December 18, 1917, in Stronach, Pa., she was the daughter of George J. Duck and Cora E. Bonsall Duck.

She was married on July 24, 1943, in Clarion, Pa., to Harry R. Dinger who preceded her in death on April 8, 1998.

Ruth was a homemaker.

She was of the Methodist faith and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting and yard work.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Elmer, Earl, and Amos Duck, and three sisters, Erie Rafferty, Edna Miller, and Esther Brosius.

Visitation hours will be at the time of services at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Lakelawn Memorial Park in Reynoldsville, Pa., with The Rev. Henry Scoff officiating.
