MARYLAND — A Maryland man set a new state record reeling in a 14.1-pound sheepshead fish while angling in Chesapeake Bay.

Daniel Mastronardi Jr., 33, was fishing for trout and bass when he was surprised by the gigantic sheepshead. Mastronardi plans to mount his state-record fish.
