SUGARCREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Around 12:58 a.m. on May 16, a 17-year-old Seneca male was arrested for DUI on State Routes 8/62 and 5th Street, in Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, a known, 17-year-old Seneca male was stopped for a traffic violation at the above described location.

During the course of the stop, he was found to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI and underage drinking, police say.

Charges are pending BAC results.
