Shirley E. Warfield, 88, of Hamstead, NC formerly of Emlenton, died Friday, April 17, 2012 at the home of her granddaughter Amanda on Eakin Rd. in Emlenton.

Mrs. Warfield was born on July 2, 1923 in Chicago, IL. She was the daughter of Felix and Edith Kelley Spencer. She graduated from Allegheny High School.
