Slippery Rock Man Charged with Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief in Irwin Township

IRWIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 2:45 p.m. on April 18, an incident of criminal mischief and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle occurred on State Route 308, in Irwin Township, Venango County.

Police say 31-year-old James Bell, IV, of Slippery Rock, allegedly drove a vehicle across a 59-year-old Clintonville woman’s yard, causing turf damage and knocking over a small tree.

The total damage is $75.00.

In a case connected to the above described incident, Bell allegedly used a 40-year-old Slippery Rock woman’s vehicle without her permission.

A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Lowrey, charging Bell with Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle.

No other information was provided.
