OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Another week, another milestone for Oil City junior running back Ethen Knox.

Knox rushed for 407 yards on 25 carries and five touchdowns as the Oilers downed Franklin, 64-0, on Friday night.

It was Knox’s third consecutive 400-yard rushing game. His three 400-yard efforts ties the PIAA record set by Dominic Bragalone of South Williamsport. Bragalone had three 400-yard performances in 2014.

Knox, who was the Hager Paving Incorporated Player of the Game, came into the game leading the country in yards per game at 383.7, according to MaxPreps.

He only increased that average.
