FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Todd Shawgo, Maintenance Supervisor at Oak Hill Apartments in Franklin, has accomplished a feat that not many can match — 40 years of service for one employer.The folks over at Oak Hill Apartments want to thank Todd for his 40 years of hard work. Starting in 1979, Todd has been a constant staple of the Oak Hill Apartments family.
“I was cutting grass across the street and the manager at the time came over and asked if I would be interested in a job,” Shawgo told exploreVenango.com. The job offer at the time was to cut grass at the Oak Hill apartments.
Eventually, Shawgo was able to work his way up to the rank of Maintenance Supervisor with one other employee working beneath him.
“We take care of the overall property,” Shawgo said “[Oak Hill Apartments] is a good company to work for… we all get along really well.”
