State Police Calls: Harassment Incidents, DUI

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Rockland Township

Around 12:33 p.m. on August 6, Franklin-based State Police responded to a call regarding two neighbors on Carp Drive in Rockland Township, Venango County, having issues over property line surveys.

Police say upon investigation, it was determined that a known 63-year-old Kennerdell woman spit on the face of a known 67-year-old female victim from West Mifflin multiple times while being upset about property lines and photos being taken.

The name of the Kennerdell woman was not released.

Harassment in Jackson Township

Franklin-based State Police are investigating an incident of harassment that occurred between July 19 and August 7 in Jackson Township, Venango County.

Police say a known suspect allegedly sent intimate images of a known 29-year-old female victim from Franklin without her knowledge or consent.

The name of the suspect was not released.

DUI in Sugarcreek Borough

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 12:40 a.m. on August 8, a known 24-year-old Cooperstown man was found to be operating a 2012 Chevrolet on US 322 in Sugarcreek Borough while under the influence.

Police say DUI charges are pending lab test results.

The name of the driver was not released.
