Area state police responded to the following incidents:

Local Woman Charged for Punching Man Five Times in the Face

Warren-based State Police were dispatched to E 5th Avenue in Glade Township, Warren County, for a report of harassment at 6:12 p.m. on Thursday, September 14.

Police say a 47-year-old Titusville woman struck a male approximately five times with a closed fist.

The arrestee will be charged through Magisterial District Judge Laura Bauer’s office.

The victim is a 42-year-old Warren man.

The suspect’s name was not released.

Student Reportedly Takes Drug Paraphernalia to School

According to Marienville-based State Police, troopers were notified of an incident of drug possession at a school in Hickory Township, Forest County, around 10:57 a.m. on Thursday, September 14.

Police say a student had reportedly taken drug paraphernalia to West Forest School.

No further details were released.

The investigation is ongoing.
