State Police Calls: Officer Investigates Theft of Medication in Oakland Township

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Police Investigate Theft of Medication in Oakland Township

A 50-year-old Oil City woman called PSP Franklin stating her medication was stolen from a property on Rynd Farm Road, in Oakland Township, Venango County.

The investigation could not determine if any medication was stolen, according to police.

Burglary in Cornplanter Township

Franklin-based State Police are investigating a report of a burglary in Cornplanter Township, Venango County.

According to police, the crime occurred sometime between March 1, around 2:18 p.m., and Friday, June 17.

The victim, a 60-year-old woman, of Erie, called police relating that someone had moved her ATV from inside the garage to the side of the garage.
