VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Police Investigating Burglary in Cranberry Township

Police are asking the public for information regarding a burglary in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Franklin-based State Police say unknown actor(s) forcibly entered a garage at the Cranberry Township Building along State Route 257 sometime between the morning of Friday, June 10, and Thursday, June 23.

The suspect(s) tampered with property, and stole items from within the garage, including a fire extinguisher and first aid supplies, police said.

Deer Collision in Cranberry Township

State Police in Franklin responded to a one-vehicle crash along State Route 257, in Cranberry Township, Venango County, around 5:47 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.

Police say the crash occurred as a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by 36-year-old Bradon J. Webb, of Emlenton, was traveling north on SR 257 when the vehicle struck a deer that entered the roadway from the right side.

No injuries were reported.

Venango Towing assisted on scene.

DUI in Rockland Township

PSP Franklin responded to a location along U.S. Route 322, near Peg A Nal Road, in Rockland Township, Venango County, for a report of a female passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle.

Police say troopers located the suspect, a known 34-year-old female, in a 2007 Subaru Legacy Outback, and were able to wake her up.

She was evaluated by EMS and transported to UPMC Northwest.

Signs of impairment were observed, and a blood draw was taken.

Charges will be filed, police said.
