State Police Seeking Man Who Violated PFA, Assaulted Woman in Rockland Township

ROCKLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police in Franklin are asking the public for help in locating a man who violated a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order and assaulted a woman in Rockland Township.

State Police say the incident occurred in the 200 Block of Mason Street in Rockland Township, Venango County, around 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 30.

According to police, a known 35-year-old Kennerdell woman was assaulted by 52-year-old Thomas William Beighley who also violated an active PFA order by making contact with the victim.

Charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Fish who issued two arrest warrants for Beighley.

Beighley’s address of record is in Sandy Lake, Mercer County, but it is believed he is currently a transient in Venango and Mercer County areas.

Beighley drives a white 2005 Honda Civic with Pennsylvania registration LBJ7607.
