Three Juveniles Found Home Alone With Drug Paraphernalia

SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police say charges are pending after three juveniles were found home alone in a residence with drug paraphernalia laying around the residence.

Around 10:12 p.m. on February 21, Franklin-based State Police responded to a call at a location in Sandycreek Township for a report of three juveniles being left unattended at their home with drug paraphernalia in the residence.

Police say at the scene, they found three juveniles, two 11-year-old females and a 13-year-old female. They immediately confiscated drug paraphernalia that was found in plain view.

According to police, while they were at the scene, the juveniles’ mother, identified as a 36-year-old Franklin woman, arrived home and was advised that the juveniles would be placed with a legal guardian that she would be receiving charges in the mail.

The investigation remains ongoing.

The name of the arrestee was not released.
