Oil City Woman Escapes Injury in Two-Vehicle Crash on Route 322

PAINT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police say a two-vehicle crash occurred on May 27 around 2:50 p.m. on State Route 322, in Paint Township, Clarion County.

According to police, Zachery J. Snyder, 23, of Lucinda, was traveling west on SR 322 in a Hyundai Sonata when he came to a stop with traffic ahead.

Police say Elizabeth R. Deemer, 24, of Oil City, was also traveling west on SR 322 behind Snyder and failed to stop her 2006 Kia Sportage in time and struck the rear of his vehicle, approximately 279 feet east of North Paint Boulevard.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts and neither received injuries.

Deemer was cited with a traffic violation.

Her vehicle was towed from the scene.
