UPDATE: Names Released in Oil City Pedestrian-Vehicle Collision

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Oil City Police Chief Robert Wenner has released the names of the people involved a pedestrian-vehicle accident Friday morning on Seneca Street in Oil City.

A female pedestrian, Jill Miller, 64, of Titusville, was taken to UPMC Northwest by Community Ambulance after being hit by a vehicle driven by Wesley Wojtowicz, 29, of Tennessee.

Wenner said Miller was treated and released from the hospital. 

Wojtowicz was cited for speeding.

The Oil City Fire Department was also on the scene.
