Utica Teen Escapes Injury in Rollover Crash

PAINT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a one-vehicle rollover crash occurred around 6:10 p.m. on June 15 in Paint Township, Clarion County.

Police say the crash occurred as Tessa N. Black, 18, of Utica, was traveling east on Kiser Wagner Road, just west of Pump Station Road.

Black’s 2002 Toyota Corolla crossed the center of the road and exited the roadway. Her vehicle then impacted a wall, went down an embankment, and came to a rest on its side, according to police.

Black was wearing a seat belt and was uninjured.

She was cited with a traffic violation, according to police.

PSP Clarion were assisted at the scene by Shippenville Ambulance.
