TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) – State Police responded to a one-vehicle crash yesterday in Tionesta Township, Forest County.

Marienville-based State Police say 55-year-old Tim L. Renninger, of Titusville, was traveling northbound on State Route 36 around 6:25 p.m. when his vehicle traveled off the western side of the roadway and down an embankment.

Renninger’s 2006 Chevrolet Express then traveled approximately 225 feet before crashing into a residential garage.

Police say Renninger was taken into custody for Suspicion of DUI and transported to Titusville Area Hospital for a legal blood draw.

He was not injured in the accident.

Both the vehicle and the garage sustained severe damage.
