Peanut Butter Maple Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 — 9″ graham cracker crust
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
Directions
~In a large bowl, combine the ice cream, syrup, and peanut butter until smooth.
~Transfer half into each crust. Cover and freeze for two to three hours.
~Just before serving, sprinkle with peanuts.
