Butterscotch Chip Snack Cake
Ingredients
1 — 3-1/2 oz. package cook-and-serve butterscotch pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 regular size package yellow cake mix
1 — 11 oz. package butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
~Preheat oven at 350°.
~In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in dry cake mix.
~Pour into a greased 13×9″ baking pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
~Makes 16 servings.
