Try this healthy and refreshing smoothie!

Jill’s Strawberry-Banana Smoothie


4 Strawberries – sliced
1 banana – peeled
6 ice cubes
½ cup of milk
½ cup of non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tbsp sweetener (may be needed depending on the ripeness of the fruit)


~In a blender, combine the banana and strawberry slices with the ice cubes and milk first to make a slushy.

~Add the yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener (if needed) and blend for another minute on low setting until it appears creamy.

~Makes a single drink.
