Your family will wish you made more of these delicious ribs!

1 pound boneless country-style pork ribs, cut into 2-inch chunks
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons canola oil
1 cup water
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon celery seed

1. Sprinkle ribs with onion salt, pepper and paprika. Select the saute setting on a 3- or 6-qt. electric pressure cooker. Adjust for medium heat; add oil. When oil is hot, brown meat on all sides; remove from the pressure cooker. Add water to the pressure cooker. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan. Press cancel. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Return the ribs to the pressure cooker.

2. Lock the lid; close the pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 20 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally. If desired, skim fat and thicken cooking juices.
