Warren County Man Assaults Victim; Jailed on $100,000 Bail

WARREN COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) – Warren-based State Police report that an incident of alleged aggravated assault occurred on July 5 on Wilderness Park Drive in Mead Township, Warren County.

According to police, David Allen Lobdell, 32, of Clarendon, allegedly assaulted a 37-year-old female after the two became involved in a verbal disagreement that turned into a physical altercation.

The victim, also of Clarendon, sustained significant injuries as a result of the alleged altercation and required medical treatment at Warren General Hospital. Lobdell was taken into custody and charged with the following:

-Aggravated Assault (Felony 1)
-Intimidation of Witness/Victim (Felony 1)
-Unlawful Restraint (Misdemeanor 1)
-Simple Assault (Misdemeanor 2)
-Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Misdemeanor 2)
-Harassment (Summary)

Lobdell was arraigned on July 6 before Magisterial District Judge Carlson and committed to the Warren County Jail on $100,000.00 bail.
