Warren State Police Apprehend Fugitive Wanted in New York

SHEFFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (ETY) — According to Warren-based State Police, around 2:30 p.m. on May 3, a fugitive from justice was apprehended on 1st Mill Street, in Sheffield Township, Warren County.

PSP Warren investigated a crash, and it was determined that 57-year-old Robert L. Barrett was wanted in New York State for a probation violation.

Barrett was subsequently arrested and placed in the Warren County Jail awaiting extradition.

No other information was provided.
